摘要
铝合金浇铸金属模具的设计中,对浇注与排气系统的设计应进行必要的定量分析和估算。浇注充型过程亦须应采取严格的工艺控制措施,保证金属液充型平稳,防止金属液在浇注中产生飞溅。机架的设计应尽可能满足方便,安全操作。模具经试模后,可以大批量进行生产质量稳定的合格产品。
In the designing of Al-alloy casting metal mould, essential quantitative analysis and estimations should be devoted to the design of casting and ventilation system. Stringent technological control measures should be taken to ensure the stability of the metal hydraulic device during the casting process. The design of the frame should meet requirements of convenient and safe operation. Therefore, this mould, after the stage of testing, could cast qualified products in large-scale manner.
