摘要
小盖拉深胀形镦压模具是用来生产GHT6472盘式制动器轮廓组件上轴承的防尘盖零件,该零件虽然结构不复杂,但尺寸精度要求较高,给成形带来困难。为解决此问题,通过对零件的工艺分析、计算,零件拉深成形的特点分析,成形工艺的确定,胀形镦压的条件验算,进行了合理的模具结构设计。
The die design of small cover by deep drawing process and press is used to produce some dustproof cover accessories of axletree, which are parts of GHT6472 discal detent profile discreteness.Though the configuration of these accessories is not complex, the size is required to be very precise. This brings problems to formation. In order to solve these problems, we have designed logical mould configuration. In this process, we analyze and count the accessories' technique; we analyze the accessories' characteristic of deep drawing and formation; we fix on the formation technique; we check and count the condition of bulging press,
