摘要
在制造企业的物流活动过程中,由于作业场所和作业流程的不合理,造成物流效率的降低和生产成本的增加。文章从微观的角度,利用工业工程的方法,对制造企业的流程程序和作业场所的布局进行分析,以寻找提高物资在生产过程中的流通效率的途径。并通过对实例的分析,验证了流程程序和作业场所分析对提高物流效率的有效性。
In the process of matter flow in Manufacture Corporation, efficiency of the matter flow is debased and cost is increased because of inconsequence of task site and the task flow. Through the microcosmic angle, the article analyzed the process of the flow in the manufacture corporation and the layout of the task site by the method of industry engineering, so that we can find the approach to improve the efficiency of the matter flow in the production process. Moreover the article put forward same example that validated the validity of improving the efficiency by flow process and task site analysis.
