With the reforme of the our country,with the opening to the outside world,the village′s economy take off completely, but its current management in athletics in the village system can′t adapt itself to the needs of the new century village athletics development.To reform and perfect our country′s current management in athletics in the village system is an urgent matter of the moment. The paper puts forward the speculation of managing mode of our country′s village athletics in 21st century.
