摘要
人是企业中最宝贵的资源 ,企业的生存和发展离不开对人的管理 ,因而现代企业管理倡导“以人为本”。只有全面理解以人为本管理理念的内涵和精髓 ,才能创建以人为本的现代企业管理机制 ,从而调动企业员工的积极性 ,让员工释放出巨大的能量 ,使企业获得成功。本文对我国企业人力资源管理的现状及问题进行了理性分析 ,指出企业管理应以人为本 ,并探索适合我国企业发展的人力资源管理措施。
Many organizational and environmental factors influence a firm 's devel opment. Among the organizational factors, the person is the most precious resour ce in the firms, and it has a significant direct impact on the firm's developmen t. This paper analyzes the status quo of human resource management (HRM) in Chin ese firms and empirically points out several of their problems. The results clea rly indicate that HRM is not traditionally seen as central to the competitive su rvival of the firms in China. While Chinese firms often talk about the sustainab le competitive advantage on workforce, in fact they simply consider labor as ano ther factor of production to be hired-rented at the lowest possible cost-much as one buys raw materials or equipment. They do not only invest less in the skill of their employees, also lack the valid method of HRM. Overall, these results su ggest that establishing a high level of HRM mechanism will promote Chinese firms because of the competitive capacity of HRM.
