The Structure-Activity Relationship of Isomalabaricans

摘要 海洋异臭椿类三萜化合物是一类化学结构特殊并具有多种生物活性的海洋天然产物。近年来国内外学者对海绵等海洋生物中的异臭椿类三萜化合物及其生物活性进行较多研究。 Isomalabaricans are typical triterpenes isolated from marine sponges and other marine organisms, and they showed potential activities toward tumor cell lines. The relationship between chemical structures and biological activities of isomalabarican triterpene is described in the review.
