半夏厚朴汤抗抑郁作用研究——Ⅱ对未预知的长期应激刺激抑郁模型的作用

目的 :研究半夏厚朴汤对未预知的长期应激刺激抑郁模型的作用。方法 :采用两种不同的长期应激刺激建立模型 ,研究半夏厚朴汤的抗抑郁作用 ,测定半夏厚朴汤对模型动物血清一氧化氮 (NO)水平、脾细胞体外培养上清NO水平的影响。结果 :半夏厚朴汤对两种长期应激刺激抑郁模型均有显著的抑制作用 ,降低模型动物血清NO水平和脾细胞培养上清NO水平的异常升高。结论

AIM To study the antidepressant effect of Banxiahouputang (BXHPT) with the chronic unpredictable stress animal model.METHOD Two different chronic unpredictable stress models were used to evaluate the antidepressant effect of BXHPT,and then we detected the nitric oxide level of the serum and the supernatant of spleen cell culture (in vitro ) of the chronic unpredictable stress rats.RESULT BXHPT showed significant antidepressant effect on the chronic unpredictable stress model,and BXHPT significantly inhibited the increase of nitric oxide level of the serum and the supernatant of spleen cell culture (in vitro ) of the chronic unpredictable stress rats.CONCLUSION BXHPT had significant antidepressant effect on the chronic unpredictable stress model.
