摘要
目的 :研究鲨肝活性肽S-830 0对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法 :观察鲨肝活性肽S-830 0对环磷酰胺致免疫抑制小鼠血清溶血素、溶血空斑形成及血清IL-2含量的影响。结果 :鲨肝活性肽S-830 0可显著促进免疫抑制小鼠溶血素、溶血空斑形成及血清IL-2水平增高。结论 :鲨肝活性肽S-830
AIM: To investigate the immunoregulation effect of peptide S-8300 from shark liver on immunosuppression mice.METHOD:To observe the effect of S-8300 on the formulation of serum haemolysin,PFC and the content of IL-2 in serum of the immunosuppression mice caused by cyclophosphamide(Cy).RESULT:S-8300 markedly improved the formulation of serum haemolysin,PFC and the content of IL-2 in serum of the immunosuppression mice.CONCLUSION: The results suggested S-8300 has immunoregulation effect to the immunosuppression caused by Cy.
