摘要
继续教育是一项系统工程,是提高在职中学教师综合能力和全面素质的一种主要手段,也是当代教育创新和教育理念转变的产物。通过对宁波市中学教师继续教育的调研,新一轮的培训实现方式应以网络培训、专题讲座、课题研究为主;培训内容以现代教育技术、学科新发展和教学实践为主;培训方式以案例分析、实践指导和说课评课为主;培训基地首选校本培训,并结合市\县两级培训基地进行;培训时间应在暑寒假为宜。
The continuous education service is a systematic project and the main means of promoting the integrative abilities and comprehensive qualities of middle-school teachers in-service. It is also an outcome of the creation of modern education and the transformation of educational ideas. From the survey of the continuous education work in Ningbo cantonal, we suggest that the major ways of training should be network training, lectures and task researches. The content should mainly be teaching technologies, new development of subjects and teaching practice. The training methods should focus on case analysis, practice supervision, prearrangement and evaluate of teaching. The training base should initially be the school based and also combined with municipal and prefectural training bases and the time should be in the summer or winter holidays.
