The rise of global biology economy has five features: developing biotechnology as core , creating new pattens in the production of industry and agriculture, prolonging human lifecycle ,offering effective measures for protecting environments and competing violently for invention patents of biotechnology. To greet the biology economy age in year 2020,China is facing precious opportunities as well as challenges .We must implement the plan of 'strengthening China by biotechnology and talens' and speed up the Modernization of Biology Education.
