摘要
通过对监理人员素质要求的分析,并就广西目前水利水电监理人员的素质进行了综合评述,对造成这种现状的原因进行了分析,提出了如何提高监理人员素质的建议。
The requirements for the quality f supervising staff are analyzed. Based on a comprehensive assessment on the quality of existing supervising staff for water conservancy engineering construction in Guangxi and an analysis on the reasons contributing to the present situation, the author suggests how to improve the quality of supervising staff.
