前癃通胶囊对体外人前列腺基质细胞增殖的影响

The effect of Qianlongtong granules on human prostatic stroma cells

目的在临床基础和动物实验研究的基础上,进一步探讨前癃通胶囊对前列腺基质细胞增殖的影响。方法进行体外培养人前列腺基质细胞,并采用四氮唑蓝法(MTT)检测细胞增殖的影响(波长630nm)。结果前癃通胶囊低、中、高浓度组的OD值在24h、48h、72h时明显低于细胞空白对照组(P<0.01),且与药物浓度呈剂量依赖性;低浓度组的OD值在72h点明显低于细胞空白对照组(P<0.05),在24h、48h点与细胞空白对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论前癃通胶囊能抑制体外培养的前列腺基质细胞的增殖,这种作用呈剂量依赖性。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qianlongtong granules on human prostatic stroma cells.Methods Cell cultures took from the human prostatic stroma. The proliferation of prostatic stroma cells weredetected by MTT method. (the OD indicate the dispose of wavelength 630nm). Results At 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h, theOD in high and medium consistency of Qianlongtong granules is significantly lower than the controlled group(P<0.01),and positively related to the consistency. The OD in low consistency of Qianlongtong granules at 72h is significantlylower than the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no significantly difference from the controlled group at 24h and48h in low consistency group(P>0.05). Conclusion Qianlongtong granules has the effect of restrain the proliferationof cell cultures from the human prostatic stroma.This effect is positively related to the consistency.
