摘要
应用理想气体状态方程,对柴油机活塞燃烧室容积的检测方法进行了研究。分析了系统参数选择对测试精度的影响,并完成了测试系统软件、硬件设计,研制了测试样机。设备整个操作过程在计算机控制下自动完成。实验证明:与传统"滴定法"相比,该方法测试结果更精确、测试速度快、自动化程度高,适于生产线使用。
Based on ideal gas equation,the measurement method of diesel engine piston combustion chamber volume was researched.The effect to accuracy by different system parameters was analysised,the hardware and software of measure system had been designed and the measure instrument was developed.The working process of this instrument was automatically controlled by computer.It had been proved by test that the method researched is more accurately,quickly and automotive than method of'water ti-tration',and it is adapted for on-line detection.
