摘要
功能化离子液体氯化1-(2-羟乙基)-3-甲基咪唑盐是纤维素的新型良溶剂,在70℃时微晶纤维素的溶解能力达到5%~7%。向离子液体纤维素溶液中加入去离子水可获得再生纤维素。用XRD,FT-IR和TGA对再生纤维素进行了表征,IR和XRD数据表明,功能化离子液体是纤维素的直接溶剂,但TGA数据则表明再生纤维素的热稳定性有所降低,热失重残留物有所增加。对溶解机理进行了初步讨论。
The functionalized ionic liquid 1-(2-hydroxylethyl)-3-methyl imidazolium chloride was found to be a novel and an excellent solvent for microcrystalline cellulose with the dissolubility of (5%)^(7%) at 70 ℃. The regenerated cellulose was obtained from the cellulose solution by coagulating with deionized water and characterized by XRD, FT-IR and TGA. The data of IR and XRD show that functionalized ionic liquid is the direct solvent for cellulose, but the TGA data show the regenerated celluloses exhibite lower thermal stability and much more residues of themal decomposition than that of original cellulose. The mechanism of the dissolution process of the cellulose in functionalized ionic liquid was also discussed.
