摘要
采用新型聚醚多元醇为原料,制备出具有较好力学性能的微孔聚氨酯弹性体制品,对影响其制品性能的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明,扩链剂、三官能度聚醚及接枝聚合物聚醚的适量引入可显著改善微孔聚氨酯弹性体制品的物理力学性能。催化剂的使用可缩短脱模时间。
Polyether-type PU microcellular elastomer was prepared by novel polyether polyol. The effects of amount of chain extender, composition of polyether polyol on mechanical performances of polyether-type PU microcellular elastomer material were investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties have consumedly improved with the addition of chain extender and polyether polyol or polymer polyether polyol. Demoulding time of the system can be shortened with existing catalysts.
