摘要
采用等离子体聚合的方法对正丙醇和丙烯醇进行了聚合,成功地在Si基体上得到了有机高分子薄膜,利用FT-IR,XPS研究了薄膜的结构,表明薄膜呈现出一种嵌段的高分子薄膜结构,利用AFM研究了薄膜的表面形貌并且测量了表面粗糙度,研究表明,等离子体聚合后薄膜表面十分平整,平均粗糙度在2nm以内,利用测量薄膜表面接触角的方法计算了材料的表面能以及临界表面自由能,并且进行了讨论分析。
In this paper, the 1-propanol and the allyl alcohol were polymerized to form polymer film on Si substrate using radio-frequency discharge plasma polymerization. The structure of the films was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS). It is suggested that the films exhibit random polymer structure. The surface morphology and the surface roughness of the films was studied by atomic force microscopy. It is indicated that the film surfaces is very smooth and the roughness is above 2 nm. The contact angle of the films was measured and the surface free energy and interface free energy between water and film was deduced and analyzed.
