水性聚氨酯-分散蓝14高分子染料的合成与性能 被引量:15

摘要 用聚氧化丙烯二醇、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、三乙胺和分散蓝14通过丙酮法合成了水性聚氨酯-分散蓝14(PU-DB14)高分子染料。红外和紫外-可见吸收光谱显示分散蓝14已被化学键入聚氨酯链中。研究还发现,PU-DB14水分散体的紫外-可见吸收光谱在760nm处现一新吸收峰,可能与PU-DB14在水分散体中的形态有关。本文还用差热分析和广角X射线衍射对PU-DB14作了初步的性质表征。 A novel polymeric dye of aqueous dispersion polyurethane-disperse blue 14 was synthesized from poly(propylene glycol), 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, dimethylol propionic acid, disperse blue 14 and triethylamine depending on a modified acetone process. FT-IR was used to identify structure of the polymeric dye, indicating an obvious carbonyl stretching absorption in disperse blue 14. UV-visible spectra showed uniform absorption at 555 nm, 600 nm and 650 nm for the chloroform solution of disperse blue 14, PU-DB14 and aqueous dispersion PU-DB14. Another peak appeared at 510 nm indicated a new absorption for PU-DB14 and aqueous dispersion PU-DBI4. In addition, a new absorption located at 760 nm only for aqueous dispersion PU-DB14. The polymer was also characterized by the analysis of differential scanning calorimetry and wide-angle X-ray diffraction.
