In order to resolve the problems of mass noise caused by up links in HFC net, it is the key that equipments should be operated in a high CNR value and that no distortion produced. From the aspects of theories and practice, the author considered and analyzed in details all operation processes and key-points in up-links in HFC net, and then pointed out how to control and resolve the problems of mass noise.
