心理治疗与家庭干预对戒毒患者康复的影响

Effect of Psychotherapy and Family Intervention on Rehabilitation of Heroin Addicts.

目的 探讨心理治疗和家庭干预对戒毒者康复的影响。方法 对 42例戒毒患者进行为期两月的心理治疗 ,并对其家属进行系统的健康教育 ,获得家庭的支持 ,与仅使用单纯药物替代疗法的 41例 (对照组 )比较 ,随访半年调查复吸率。结果 心理治疗与家庭干预组的复吸率明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 对戒毒患者进行系统的心理治疗和家庭干预可降低患者的复吸率。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychotherapy an dfamily intervention on rehabilitation of heroin addicts.Methods The research group including 42 cases who accepted 2 months' psychotherapy,and whose families accepted system health education;the control group including 41 cases who only accepted drug detoxification ,compare the research group and the control group,observe the relapse rate of half a year after living hospital.Results The relapse rate of the research group is lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychotherapy and family interventon could decrease the relapse rate of heroin addicts.
