首发精神病人家属的情绪障碍与心理干预

The Mood Disorders and Psychological Intervention of Families of First-episode Patients with Psychosis.

目的 了解首发精神病人家属的情绪障碍和心理干预的效果。方法 对患者家属进行心理干预 ,并用汉密顿焦虑量表 (HAMD) ,汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)及症状自评量表 (SCL-90 )在心理干预前后对家属进行测查。结果 心理干预前家属有明显的焦虑抑郁情绪 ,心理干预后家属的焦虑抑郁情绪明显改善。结论 心理干预能有效减轻家属的焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective To study the mood disorders of the families of first-episode patients with psychosis and the effect of psychological intervention on them.Methods We provided the families with psychological intervention and HAMA HAMD and SCL-90 were used to investigate patients be for and after psychological intervention.Results The families had significant anxiety and depression befor psychological intervention and their anxiety and depression decreased significnantly after psychological intervention.Conclusion Psychological intervention is an effective way to decerease the anxiety and depression of the families.
