摘要 烷基糖苷是一类新型的非离子表面活性剂。研究了烷基糖苷的特性、作用机理,并评价了烷基糖苷钻井液的性能。试验结果表明,烷基糖苷与油、水均有好的互溶性,与其他处理剂配伍性好;烷基糖苷不但能改善钻井液的流变性、增强其对泥页岩的抑制性,而且可以实现对储层的保护,降低储层的水锁效应;烷基糖苷钻井液体系还具有较好的固相容纳能力和高温稳定性,其抗温能力可达150 ℃以上。最重要的是,烷基糖苷体系无毒,可生物降解,适于海洋钻探施工。 Alkyl indicant is a new non-ionic surface active agent. In this paper, the characteristic and functional mechanism of the surfactant was studied, and property of alkyl indicant drilling fluid was evaluated also. Test results indicated that alkyl indicant has excellenu solubility with oil and water, and the compatibility with other treating agents is good; it not only improves the rheological characteristic, strengthens the inhibition for shale swelling, but realizes reservoir protection and reduces the water-shut occurrence in formation also; in addition, the fluid with alkyl indicant in performs higher solid bearing ability and better thermal stability (over 150 ℃). The drilling fluid is suitable in off-shore drilling for its non-toxicity and biological degradation.
