XA溶胀型随钻堵漏剂的研制与应用 被引量:13

摘要 吉林油田孤33区块青山口组地层泥岩、砂岩交互,泥岩横向、纵向裂缝发育,砂岩地层孔隙度平均为12.95%、渗透率平均为12.4×10-3μm2,既有泥岩裂缝漏失,又有砂岩渗透性漏失,使用常规堵漏剂堵漏效果较差.通过对该地区漏失性质及堵漏剂作用机理的分析,用化学方法合成了可溶胀的XA-1膨体材料,以XA-1膨体材料为主优选出了其他5种堵漏剂并复配出了XA溶胀型随钻堵漏剂.XA溶胀型随钻堵漏剂首先在孤33-10井进行了现场应用试验,漏失速度由15~32 L/s(只进不出)降低为0~1.51 L/s,随后在后期施工的6口井中进行了推广应用,均取得了好的堵漏效果,单井漏失量由1300~1500m3下降至200m3左右,表明XA溶胀型随钻堵漏剂对天然裂缝、诱导裂缝、高渗透砂岩渗漏的堵漏效果好,用该堵漏剂能够有效地控制井漏问题.与使用常规堵漏剂的井相比,单井钻井液成本从525862.49元降低为97600.24元,每米成本从300.49元降低为55.61元.该堵漏剂大多利用天然原料作为材料,不仅易降解,而且能有效地保护油气层.该堵漏技术操作简单、成本低、效果明显,对只进不出的漏失,可静止堵漏,也可随钻堵漏,特别适用于长井段漏失地层的随钻堵漏. In Qingshankou Group, Gu33 Block of Jilin oilfield, the formation was interbeded with shale and sands. As mature transverse and lengthways fractures spreads in the shale stone and highly permeable sands is characterized by average porosity of 12.95% and average permeability of 12.4×10 -3 μm 2, fracture loss and permeable loss are easy to occur, and past practice showed the conventional lost circulation materials were not effective. A swelling material was chemically composed based on loss characteristics in this area and functional mechanism of sealing materials, and other five additives were optimized to combine a swelling agent XA for plugging while drilling operation. Pilot trial was made in well Gu33-10, and the leak-off velocity was decreased to 0~1.51 L/s from 15~32 L/s. Then XA was employed in 6 wells and the results were excellent, with the single-well leakage reduced from 1300~1500 m 3 to about 200 m 3, revealing that the agent was qualified for sealing natural fractures, induced fissures and highly permeable sands. Compared with conventional materials, the drilling fluid cost of individual well was reduced from $525862.49 to $97600.24, and the consumed money per meter was reduced from $300.49 to $55.61. Further more, as it is made from natural material, it is easy to degrade, combined with other advantages such as convenient operation, low cost and satisfying results, it is suitable to plug long thief section.
