评价包被抑制效果的新方法——分光光度计法

摘要 介绍了一种用分光光度计法评价聚合物包被抑制效果的方法。其原理为依据不同聚合物对蒙脱土的包被吸附程度不同的特点,利用分光光度计测定发生吸附后蒙脱土的吸光度,即可评价出聚合物的包被抑制效果。对几种聚合物的包被抑制效果进行了评价,并与常用的页岩滚动回收率法进行了对比,两种方法的试验结果基本一致,表明该方法用于评价聚合物的包被抑制效果是可行的。 In this paper, a new method of evaluating the inhibitive effect of polymers is introduced. The principle is that as different polymer has different ability to coat and adsorb on the surface of smectite particles, the inhibitive effect of a polymer on the smectite may be measured, based on the absorbance value read from a spectrophotometer. Several polymers were tested by this method, and results were compared with the conventional method——dispersion test. Results showed they were in consistence, verifying this method is viable to evaluate the encapsulating inhibitive effect of polymers.
