原油流动改进剂在冀东油田的研制与应用

摘要 通过大量的调研和试验,研究开发出了适用于冀东油田地区的JDK系列原油流动改进剂。JDK系列原油流动改进剂是根据冀东油田油品性质,由亲水性表面活性剂和针对性较强的破乳剂复配而成。该药剂加入系统后,可改善原油的性质,提高原油流动能力,降低系统掺水温度,从而减少集输系统的热力损耗。同时该产品在脱水设备中还具备辅助的破乳作用,例如在柳赞地区实现了流动改进剂对破乳剂的成功替换,其它地区破乳剂用量也大幅度减少,相应的脱水指标却有所提高,达到了一剂多效的目的。 According to different limitations in Jidong oilfield, series of crude oil flow modifiers (JDK) combined by hydrophilic surfactants and some demulsifier were developed based on lots of investigation and lab experiments. With the modifiers added in, the crude oil flowability is improved, the temperature for mixing water is lowered, and consequently, heat dissipation for the gathering and transporting system is reduced. At the same time, the products perform auxiliary demulsification in dehydration plant, for example, in Liuzan area, successful displacement of demulsifier by the flow modifier was realized, and in other areas, the dose of demulsifier was reduced substantially. With the dehydration index increasing, the target of multifunction of an additive was realized. After field trials, the furnace heating system was stopped in Laoyemiao and Liunan area.
