教育解析“三农”问题

摘要 "三农"问题的出现,既有历史原因,又是当前政策实施的结果。尤其是从上个世纪90年代初期开始实施的城市和工业经济体制改革,使广大农民逐渐丧失了土地资源、矿产资源、农产品利益和劳动力资源等重大利益。直接造成农民贫苦、农村落后、农业滞后,时至今日"三农"问题日益突出。越是亟待解决的问题越是要标本兼治,而从教育入手的"三农"问题对策研究,为其提供了极具可行性的参考依据。 <Abstrcat>The issue of the three aspects of agriculture has not only its historical background, it is also the consequence of the present policy. The city and industry economic system reform beginning in the 90s in the last century has especially made the peasants gradually lose land resources, mineral resources, interest in agricultural products and labor resources, and so on, which directly leads to the fact that the peasants are poor, the countryside lags behind, the agriculture becomes obstructed, and as a result, the three aspects of agriculture up to the present day is becoming more and more prominent. The more urgent the problem needs solving, the more thorough it should be solved. And the study of the countermeasures as against the issue of the three aspects of agriculture from the perspective of education can provide a very feasible frame of reference.
