关于拓展农村绿色证书教育功能的思考

Considerations on Expanding the Function of Green-certificate Education in the Countryside

上个世纪90年代以来,农村职业学校中推行的"绿色证书"教育为我国农业经济的发展做出了重大贡献。然而,党的十六大提出"全面建设小康社会"这一奋斗目标以来,经济的进一步发展对农村职业教育提出了更高的要求,传统的"绿色证书"教育不能满足农业现代化发展的需要。因此有必要重新探讨"绿色证书"教育在我国的产生、发展及其功能拓展问题。

<Abstrcat>Since the 90s of the last century, green-certificate education carried out in the vocational schools of the countryside has contributed a lot to the economic development of our country. And since the goal of 'building an all-round well-off society' was put forward, the further economic development in the countryside has required green-certificate education to be more perfect. Traditional green-certificate education cannot meet the requirements of agricultural modernization. This paper makes a rudimentary exploration into the emergence, the development, and the expansion of the function of the greencertificate education, and gives some suggestions.
