摘要
将70名健康老年妇女分为3组,采用英国SMSHealthcare生产的平衡测试仪分别检测3组对象在睁眼或闭眼时的平衡功能,同时评定3组对象的Romberg s征、强化Romberg s征和站起—走计时测试,用多元方差分析比较3组之间的差异。结果表明,太极拳锻炼和普通锻炼均可以提高健康老年妇女的身体平衡控制能力以及行走能力,但太极拳锻炼的作用明显优于普通锻炼组。
70 healthy old women were divided into 3 groups with adoption of balance tester produced by Britain SMS Healthcare to measure 3 groups of target's balance functions with eyes opened or closed separately. Differences were compared with multi analysis of variance. The results indicated Taijiquan exercise and ordinary exercise could improve balance control ability and walking ability of old healthy woman. The functions of Taijiquan were obviously superior to the ordinary exercise.
