摘要 探究了体育活动干预对青少年心理健康的促进作用。结果表明:不同体育活动方式对心理健康产生不同的效益;不同体育锻炼方式可以促进身体自我概念各方面的发展;身体活动对心境具有双向调节功能,体育锻炼能够产生良好的心境平衡效益;身体活动确实能够改善人们的不良心境,增进情绪性的整体心理健康效益。 An research was made to analyze the effects on the adolescence benefit of mental health by different ways of physical exercises.It was concluded that different ways of physical exercises led to positive (effects) on various aspects of health.Both eastern and western ways of physical exercises led to noticeably positive impacts on physical self-concept in different dimensions.It also indicated that physical activities could adjust mood in mutual balance,and ultimately helped to bring the frame of mood back to the average level.Physical activities definitely changed negative emotion,and improved the overall emotional metal health.
