摘要
为了解决自动检测和控制系统中数据采集速度慢的问题,提出运用基于 DSP的软件平台—CCS和TI公司TMS320系列F2812芯片开发一种快速数据采集系统,研究了该系统硬件平台的搭建和相关应用程序的开发。将其运用于石油化工领域内有关流量、温度、压力、密封差压、各点振动位移、催化剂含尘量等参数的模拟数据采集,取得了良好的效果。
In order to improve the speed of data acquisition in automatic detection and control system, a rapid data-acquisition system is put forward based on CCS, the soft platform of DSP, and TMS320F2812 core of TI Company. The establishment of the hard platform and the development of correlative application programs are also studied. It can be applied to the simulative data acquisition of parameters in petrochemical field, including flow rate, temperature, pressure, sealing differential pressure, vibration displacement of each point, and dust content in catalyst. Good effect has been achieved.
