摘要
研究了如何提高有机类热变色材料的光牢度即抗氧化性和光稳定性。在分别以热敏染料CVL、热敏红R1构成的热变色材料中添加不同助剂,用分光光度法考察染料被光照和氧化而转变为无色物质的转化率,得知33种不同助剂对抑制染料的光褪色都有一定的效果,确定2,6 二叔丁基对甲酚可作为相对理想的抗氧化剂使用。为了达到更好的光稳定性,可在包裹材料和粘合料中添加紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂。
How to improve the light fastness of thermochromism materials was reported in this paper. The thermochromism materials used in the experiment were CVL and thermochromic red dyes. Different additives were added to the thermochromism materials. The effect of the additives was examined through measuring the conversion ratios of achromaticity by spectrophotometry. 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol was an effective anti-oxidation additive.
