胸腺肽辅助化疗浸润型肺结核68例疗效观察

Study the immunefunction of thymopetidum on the assistant trentment of 68 cases pulmnary tubueclosis

目的 观察浸润型肺结核(Ⅲ型pulmnarytuberclsis)采用胸腺肽免疫调理辅助治疗的疗效。方法 将 138例Ⅲ型PT患者随机分为治疗组(2HRZE/4HR+胸腺肽 80mg静滴,每日 1次,连用 1月治疗, 68例)和对照组(2HRZE/4HR治疗, 70例)。结果 治疗组和对照组肺部病灶改变, 1月吸收 1 /3分别为 25%、15%, 2月吸收 1 /3分别为 32%、18%。治疗组和对照组痰查抗酸杆菌阴转率, 1月末分别为 50%、42%, 2月后分别为 100%、74 28%。两组比较差异均有非常显著性。结论 胸腺肽辅助治疗Ⅲ型PT,可明显缩短痰抗杆菌转阴的时间,加快肺部病灶的吸收速度。

Aim To study the immune function of thymopetidum on the assistant treatment of pulmnary tubueclosis Ⅲ. Methods 138 cases of PT Ⅲ diseases were randomly divided into groups:treatment group(n=68),which be treated with 2 HRZE/4 HR and 80 mg.Thymopetium one time everyday during one month:control group(n=70) which be only treated with 2 HRZE 4HR.Results There were tatistically differences between treatment and concrbl group. The one thirth scale of difseased lung, which became better than before. The rate of absorpt on in the former group were 25% during the first month and 32% the second month;otherwise, the rate in the control group were 15% and 18%. In the rate of nagetive of spil Acit-fas-tacilli leves.The rate in the treatment group was 50% at the end of the first month and 100% at the end of the second month. But the rate in the control group were 42% and 74.28%.Conclusions Theymopetidum,which play the assistant treatment of PT Ⅲ,can contract the time of nagetive of spit Acit-fast-bacilli considerably and accele rate the velocity of absorption by the diseased lung.
