依托红霉素颗粒水分的费休氏法测定研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨依托红霉素颗粒水分的费休氏法测定。方法 采用不含吡啶的费休氏试液、以无水甲醇:吡啶 (1∶1)为溶剂测定依托红霉素颗粒的水分。结果 平均回收率为 100 09%,RSD为 0 41%。结论 该方法测定时间短、准确,可作为依托红霉素颗粒的水分测定方法。 Aim To establish water determination by Fischers method in erythromycin estolate granules. Methods To adopt the water were determined by Karl Fisher Solution(pyridine-free),and anhydrous methanol:pyridine(1 ∶1)act solvent.Result The average recovery was 100.09%,with RSD of 0.41%.Conclusion This method is quick and correct,it can be used as the determining method of water determination in erythromycin estolate granules.
