薄膜包衣光稳定性的初步探讨

The elementary discussion of the ray stability of membrane surface

目的 探讨日光(特别是紫外光部分 )对薄膜包衣褪色和内部药物结构变化的影响。方法 比较几种薄膜包衣的遮光性,提出改进办法。结果 改进包衣粉配方可增强薄膜包衣色泽稳定性。结论 薄膜包衣处方中加入紫外光吸收剂对药品避免光解起到了十分明显的效果、可有效抑制药物降解。

Aim Sunshine,especially the ultraviolet ray,can affect the pharmaceutical with membrane surface,embodied on two aspects:the fading of surface and the change of its interior structure.This essay discusses these two aspects and tries to solve them.Methods putting forward the solution by discussing the ray stability.Result Improving the composition of membrane surface in order to strengthen the ray stability.Conclusion Adding some ultraviolet ray absorbefacient to the prescription of membrane surface has obvious effect to restrain the degradation of medicine.
