摘要
通过对健美操运动中美学因素的分析,结合健美操教学实践的反馈,论证了健美操是培养学生对美的感受力、鉴赏力、表现力的重要手段,论述了健美操是对学生进行审美教育的重要途径。
Throngh the analysis of the aesthetic factor in the aerobics,this paper expounds that aerobics is an impontant means to foster the students' perception,connoisseurship and expressiveness of beauty with reference to the feedback of the aerobic teaching practice,and it is also an important way to conduct aesthetic edueation.
