分析了导致未来几年内大学毕业生就业困难的主要成因并提出了相应的对策。指出只要全社会共同努力,大学毕业生就业困难的问题就会迎刃而解。

In this paper, the author analyses the reason why it will be more difficult for graduated student to get a job in the future and proposes some new methods to reduce about difficults. It will need the hard-working of all society to resolve the problem of employment of graduated students.
