不同的人甚至是同一个人在不同的处境、不同的人生阶段,对幸福的认识和理解是不同的;不同收入层的人群,其幸福指数的构成也是不同的。要增加人们普遍的幸福度,就必须兼顾不同收入层人群的需求,下大力气抓经济的增长,提高人们的收入,加强生态建设和文化建设,从多方面来满足人们的需求,也就是必须坚持科学发展观。

The view and understanding of happiness might be affected by many factors, such as the environment and life stage of people. They may also vary from people of different income-groups. In order to increase the happiness feeling for all in general, it is necessary to promote the development of economy and to increase the income of all people, so as to meet the need of people from all income-levels.
