摘要
为检验球幕影院钢网壳的安装质量以及钢网壳(以设计球心为原点)的实际偏差,建立以经纬线交叉点为节点的三维坐标,采用功能全、精度高的测量仪器测量各节点的相对位置,应用Excel电子表格计算各节点的坐标和偏差值,由最小二乘法拟合求得球半径和球心坐标.同时对三维坐标测量误差和测量精度进行了评价.
In order to examine the setting conditions of the bar-mat reinforcement shell of a spherical cinema and its offset deviation from the designed spherical center,a three-dimensional coordinate system of the framework joints was set up.The relative positions of the joints were measured with the multifunctional surveying instruments of high accuracy,and the coordinates and the deviations of the joints were calculated with Excel,and the spherical radius and the spherical center were then obtained with the least square fitting.An evaluation is made on the instrumentation errors and accuracy in the three-dimensional coordinate measurement.
