US及CT在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断中的作用及局限性

Study on application of ultrasonography and computerizd tomography in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors:roles and limitations

对１３例卵巢癌超声检查法（ＵＳ）和计算机断层摄影术（ＣＴ）的作用及局限性进行了讨论。ＵＳ简便、价廉且安全、准确，是卵巢癌诊断的首选方法。ＣＴ可提示肿瘤的组织类型，确定肿瘤范围，客观地评价肿瘤的转移、浸润。ＵＳ常因腹、盆腔内的气骨影而影响影像质量，不能进一步评价卵巢癌患者的腹腔及盆腔。ＣＴ则不能发现较小的腹膜种植灶以及较小的残留复发灶。

Thirteen patients with malignant ovarian tumors were examined by US and CT, the roles and limitations were discussed.As the initial imaging used in diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors, US is less expensive,easily accessible,safe and accurate.The patterns of disease seen on CT were described.CT is useful for the determination of extent of disease and may be used to provide objective means for evaluation of matastasis and infiltration. Shadowing from bone and gas,the abdomenopelvis of patients with malignant ovarian tumors may not be assessed accurately by US. CT may fail to detect small peritoneal deposits and minor residuals of recurrent disease.
