摘要
"以人为本"是教育发展的必然趋势;学校管理的实践也迫切地需要"以人为本"评价理论的指导:不仅在观念上,而且在具体操作上都要体现"以人为本"的思想。
Person-oriented education has become the tendency of education development. School adminstration should also be put in effect with the direction of the theory of person-centered education, not only in notion, but also in practice.
