以可持续发展理论为依据,讨论了黄河三角洲可持续发展的制约因素:尾闾摆动、黄河流量减少、生态环境脆弱、资源利用不合理、经济结构不合理、经济实力不强等;从生态环境建设、水土整治、生态农业、产业结构优化等方面阐述了实现黄河三角洲可持续发展的对策。

Based on understandhg of sustainable development, this paper discusses the limited factors of sustainable development in Yellow River Delta.Accordingly,countermeasures are brought forward:ecology environment construction,land and water engineeeering eccagriculture,structure of industry optimizing etc.
