摘要
为使企业采取环境友好的物流策略,提供了一套实践操作性强的逆向物流管理方法,从成本分析的角度构建了企业逆向物流系统.通过对逆向物流各环节成本发生动因的分析,提出回流物品的不同资源化选择方法,设计出分层次集中式回流物品处理中心和逆向物流系统的概念化模型.分析了逆向物流系统的结构特征,建立了逆向物流系统的体系结构.
A set of strong practical method of reverse logistics management was presented for friendly environment logistics tactics adopted by enterprise. An enterprise reverse logistics system was established based on cost analysis by overall study on reverse logistics. Cost procedure of reverse logistics was analyzed, different resource choose methods on take-back articles was presented, divide-levels concentration dispose of reverse articles and conceptual reverse logistics system model were designed. The structure characteristics of reverse logistics system were analyzed and the structure of reverse logistics system also was proposed effectively.
