基于经济学的集体腐败问题研究

A Research on Collective Corruption Based on the Economics

本文运用经济学的基本观点和方法,通过对呈现蔓延趋势的集体腐败现象进行分析,提出因为"理性经济人"假设和"分利联盟"的存在导致集体腐败的发生。通过经济学的成本—效益分析,得出通过加大集体腐败的惩罚成本、道德成本和实施成本的有效途径来最大限度地遏制集体腐败的发生。

This thesis applying the economics standpoint and methods, analyzes the spreading collective corruption, and considers that the collective corruption happens because of the presumption of 'rational economic person' and the existing of 'scattered interest union'. Through the cost-benefit analysis, this gets the conclusion that only through increasing penalizing cost, moral cost and executable cost, can constrain the appearance of collective corruption as can as possible.
