我国农产品加工产业体系正在逐步确立,农产品加工业成为我国国民经济的支柱产业,促进了经济效益的提高和农产品加工业工人与农民收入的增长。我国农产品加工业档次较低,新产品开发少,缺少先进的加工技术、检测技术、管理技术,国际国内市场开拓乏力。我国加入WTO后,应针对我国农产品加工业存在的问题,积极引进国外各种先进技术,以实现我国农产品加工业的振兴。

Industry system of agriculture product processing of our country is being established progressively, and the processing industry of agriculture product becomes the pillar industry of our national economy.and promoted the improvement of the economic benefits and income increase of peasants and workers of the processing industry of agricultural product. At present, the processing industry of agricultural product of our country has characteristics: low grade relatively, little new product development, lacking advanced processing technology, detection technology and management skills, weak abilities of opening up in the domestic and international market, low occupation rate of market. After our country's entering the WTO. we must introduce various kinds of advanced technology in foreign countries actively to the questions existing in the processing industry of agricultural product in order to realize the development of the processing industry of agricultural product of our country.
