在当代经济生活中,合伙制度发挥着重要作用。各国都对合伙给予高度重视,建立起比较完善的合伙法律制度。相比之下,我国的合伙法律制度显得很不完善。因此,应借鉴世界各国关于合伙的先进立法制度,建立具有我国特色的合伙法律制度。

The partnership plays an important role in modern society. Most countries pay high attention to the partnership and have built comparatively perfect partnership legal system. The partnership system in our country is far form perfection. So the partnership legal system of our country should be estbalished perfect by learning from other countries.
