摘要
富余劳动力重新配置问题是目前国有林区面临的主要困境之一。本文分析了国有林区社会劳动力重新配置的必要性和制约国有林区社会劳动力重新配置的相关因素,提出了重新配置国有林区社会劳动力的主要措施应该是扩大就业领域、拓宽就业空间、提高产业发展能力,并为劳动力重新配置设计了4种有效途径。
Re-disposed superfluous labour force is one of the main plight in the state-owned forest zone.The paper analyzes the necessity and restricted factors of superfluous labors's re-disposition.Puts forwards the main measure of re-disposed superfluous labors is that enlarged employment field,widened employment space,advanced industrial developmental ability.And four effective routes are designed.
