摘要
喷墨打印技术发展迅速,能够输出照片级的图像,广泛应用于家庭和办公室中。作者通过将扫描电镜(SEM)和能量扩散能谱(EDS)联合应用,对商品化的一种彩色喷墨打印纸的涂层结构和涂料组分进行了分析;研究了纳米二氧化硅对纸页性能和打印质量的影响。实验结果表明,纳米二氧化硅能够赋予纸页优良的平滑度、油墨吸收性和色密度。
Ink jet technologies are developing rapidly, producing images close to photographic quality, widely used in offices and at home. In this study, the analysis of coating structure and coating components of a commercial ink jet paper was discussed through scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) combined with energy diffusion spectrum(EDS); the influence of nanometer silica on coated paper properties and print quality are discussed. The results showed that nanometer silica could provide paper with good smoothness, ink receptivity, and ink density.
