摘要
目前我国对成骨细胞的研究尚处于初级阶段,随着组织工程学的兴起和发展,成骨细胞的培养和移植越来越受到人们的重视,并在骨不连和骨缺损的治疗中显示出了良好的应用前景,作者在文中简述了国内在这方面的研究进展和发展前景。
Though the study of osteoblast in China was in the primary seedtime, with the rising and development of the tissue engineering, the researcher attached importance to the osteoblast culture and transplant much more, which has displayed the favorable foreground in clinic. The paper reviewed the study and application and development of osteoblast in China.
