摘要
以苯酚、甲醛、丙烯酸为原料,经羟甲基化催化酯化合成多羟甲基苯酚的丙烯酸酯.羟甲基化反应的较佳合成工艺条件为:摩尔比1∶3.5、甲醛溶液浓度30%,反应温度30℃,反应时间40h,以丙酮为沉降剂.酯化反应较佳合成条件为:原料配比1∶3(苯酚/丙烯酸mol),反应时间8.0h,反应温度70~90℃.
Phenol and formadehyde were used to prepare multihydroxymethyl phenolic alcohol.Then the multihydroxymethyl phenolic alcohol was esterified with acrylic acid to prepare multihydroxymethyl phenol acrylic ester.The better conditions of hydroxymethylation process were found as follows:molar ratio of phenol to formadehyde 1∶3.5,formadehyde solution concentration 30%,reaction temperature 30℃,acetone as sinking agent.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:molar ration of phenol to crylic acid 1∶3,reaction time 8h,reaction temperature 70~90℃.
