吉林省自然保护区的管理有效性研究

Research on efficient management of protected areas in Jilin Province

自然保护区的产生和发展是人类社会发展的历史必然,是保护自然资源的有效途径.其保护工作主要是通过管理来实现的,如果管理措施不当反而会使自然资源遭到破坏。本文通过世界自然基金会(WWF)制定的自然保护区管理快速评估方法对吉林省省内的25个自然保护区进行了调查研究,运用指标体系对吉林省保护区有效管理的整体情况进行综合评价,并针对存在的共性问题提出建议性的解决措施,目的是使吉林省保护区的管理工作向着更科学规范的方向发展.

It's historical necessities to establish and develop nature reserves in the human society, because they can protect natural resources effectively. If the measures of management were not fit for the reality, natural resources would be destroyed quickly. So the realization of protection area relies on managing measures mainly. Twenty-five nature reserves were evaluated by WWF rapid assessment of protected area management methodology to testify the validities of managements in Jilin Province. The entire conditions were accessed by index system. We had put forward resolve measures for general problems to make the management of protected areas developed more scientifically and standard in Jilin Province.
