摘要
采用阴离子交换分离,化学抑制模式,对甲醇、乙腈、异丙醇等有机溶剂中的阴离子进行测定.各有机溶剂稀释1倍直接进样可以测定Cl-、NO- 3、SO2 - 4,在所采取的色谱条件下,三种阴离子都具有很好的线性和较低的检测限.比较采用自动再生循环模式,利用化学抑制模式的离子色谱法是一种检测有机物中阴离子的高效。
Using anion exchange and chemical suppressed mode, the anions such as Cl\+-?NO\+-\-3?SO\+\{2-\}\-4 in methanol, acetontrile and isopropanol were determined. Samples were diluted and then injected directly. With this method, good linear relationship, sensitivity and reproducibility were obtained. Compare the self-suppressed mode, chemical suppressed mode is an efficient, accurate method for the determination of anions in organic samples.
